Photographer Pass
Dear Photographer,
Thank you for your interest in attending HighLight: Carnival of Lights as a photographer. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to capture the exciting moments of this event.
To apply for a photographer pass, please fill out the application form:

Photographer Pass Terms and Conditions
- The photographer pass is only available to photographers who intend to capture images for editorial use. Commercial photographers must obtain permission from the HighLight: Carnival of Lights management team to gain entry into the event.
- The photographer pass grants access to HighLight: Carnival of Lights on our Preview Night (Thursday 28 March) and on Friday 29 March. Please note on preview night, not everything will be running as installations and performances are tested and rehearsed.
- By accepting the photographer pass, you agree to provide HighLight: Carnival of Lights with images taken and permission to use any images you capture at the event for promotional purposes, royalty-free.
Images will be credited back to you when used. - HighLight: Carnival of Lights reserves the right to revoke photographer passes at any time.
- Please note that completing this application form does not guarantee a photographer pass. We will review your application and notify successful applicants via email. Applications close 27 March. Applications will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
- Persons under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. An accompanying adult ticket is not provided under this application.

Media Pass Terms and Conditions
- The media pass is only available to representatives of recognised media organisations who intend to provide coverage of the event.
- The media pass grants access to HighLight: Carnival of Lights on our Preview Night (Thursday 28 March, please note not all installations and performances will be running, this night doubles as rehearsal night) and on Friday 29. If you require access on Saturday 30 or Sunday 31 please let us know in your application with the reason as to why this extra access is required.
- By accepting the media pass, you agree to provide HighLight: Carnival of Lights with permission to use any coverage you provide at the event for promotional purposes.
- HighLight: Carnival of Lights reserves the right to revoke media passes at any time.

- The social media influencer pass grants access to HighLight: Carnival of Lights on our Preview Night (Thursday 28 March, please note this night doubles as our testing and rehearsal night so not everything will be running) and on Friday 29 March.
- By accepting the social media influencer pass, you agree to provide HighLight: Carnival of Lights with permission to use any coverage you provide at the event for promotional purposes. Images will be credited back to you when used.
